Film itself:

• Silent
• Must be shot and exhibited on 16mm
• No more than 6.5 minutes

Relation to theme "Wonderland" is not mandatory, yet encouraged!

Submission:
Submission due on Friday, May 14th no later than 4pm.

Reel must be turned in with application form.

Must turn in reel. NO digital submissions. Check your splices and make sure it is ready to be played, because if we can't watch it, we can't select it for the May 28th screening.

Must include a CD of music that will go with it. Please note if this is the final music or just a "sound-a-like" or if someone will be covering a song. Keep in mind that the music in the festival is live, and not recorded, so if we get a CD of a Red Hot Chili Peppers song, we would like an explanation of some sort. Same rules go for music: if for some reason we can't play the CD, we will judge the film without music. The point is, double check your submission materials.

Do not turn in a "work in progress." What we see is what we get.
